Jim Costello has over 30 years of leadership experience across the military, financial services, and international business. He began his career as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army before moving into banking, where he held senior roles in the United States and Asia. In 2008 he relocated to Hong Kong, leading businesses at both a regional and global level, including serving as CEO of HSBC Life China and running HSBC’s Hong Kong life insurance business.

In 2018, he founded Ready Group Ltd. to advise a select group of clients. His work is defined by clarity, discretion, and expertise.
